About the job

We're looking for a sharp, organised client servicing/ projects executive to keep our projects moving. You'll be the link between our clients and our internal teams. You'll run discovery calls, coordinate across stakeholders and make sure projects get executed on time and as per promised deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Discovery & Client Engagement
1. Run discovery calls with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs, goals and pain points.
2. Document requirements clearly and turn them into actionable briefs for internal teams.
3. Prepare call agendas, meeting notes, summaries and follow-up emails.

B. Project Management
1. Plan, track and manage projects from kickoff to delivery: timelines, milestones, deliverables and dependencies.
2. Keep project trackers, task boards and status reports up to date.
3. Spot risks and delays early and push for fixes before they escalate.
4. Make sure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
5. Visit fabricator factories for quality checks pre-build up
6. Be present on-site during project build-up

C. Internal & External Coordination
1. Act as the single point of contact between clients, vendors and internal teams (sales, design, production, leadership).
2. Attend regular syncs, stand-ups and review meetings, and drive follow-ups to closure.
3. Keep all stakeholders aligned with timely, clear written and verbal updates.
4. Handle escalations professionally and keep relationships strong.

Tools, Process & AI:

1. Use AI tools to speed up research, documentation, summaries and communication.
2. Work comfortably with project-management and collaboration tools

Who can apply

1. have minimum 1 years of experience

Other requirements

1. Graduates in any discipline, mechanical engineering graduates preferred

2. Candidates based in Tier 1 or Tier 2 cities with good air connectivity

3. At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, project management, client servicing or a similar role

4. Excellent written and spoken English. You’ll be speaking directly with clients.

5. Comfortable with the latest technology tools, including AI, and quick to pick up new ones

6. Highly organised, detail-oriented and good at managing several projects at once

7. Self-driven, accountable and able to work independently in a remote setup

8. A reliable laptop and a stable high-speed internet connection for work from home
