About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. for Installation and commissioning of Videojet coding and marking machines at customer sites.
Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown service as per company standards.
Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions to ensure minimum machine downtime.
Attend customer service calls and provide on-site technical support.
Conduct machine trials, testing, and performance verification.
Train customers on machine operation, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.
Maintain service reports, installation reports, and customer records accurately.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and technical support.
Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), spare parts, and service solutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and prompt service.
Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures.
Travel extensively to customer locations as required.
