About the job

*What You'll Do*
Speak with wedding clients over WhatsApp, calls, and meetings.
Understand their wedding requirements and recommend the right products.
Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Follow up consistently with leads.
Build trust with clients and guide them through the buying journey.
Negotiate confidently while protecting company pricing.
Coordinate with the design team to ensure smooth project execution.
Handle client queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Maintain CRM records and update lead status daily.
Upsell complementary products like wedding websites, stationery, RSVP services, signage, and more.
Deliver an exceptional client experience from enquiry to final delivery.

*We're Looking For Someone Who*
Loves weddings and celebrations.
Has excellent spoken and written English and Hindi.
Is energetic, proactive, and confident.
Enjoys talking to people.
Can negotiate without sounding pushy.
Has a sales mindset and enjoys achieving targets.
Is organised and can handle multiple clients simultaneously.
Learns quickly and takes ownership.
Is comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic computer tools.
Is willing to work during peak wedding seasons.

*Bonus If You Have*
Experience in wedding planning, hospitality, luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, events, or customer service.
Basic understanding of Canva or design.
Experience handling Instagram or social media enquiries.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,02,000 - 2,60,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 2,000 - 10,000 /year
