About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all background verification requests.
2. Monitor verification cases and ensure timely completion within agreed TATs and SLAs.
3. Coordinate with internal operations teams to resolve client queries, delays, and escalations.
4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, MIS, and progress trackers using MS Excel.
5. Maintain regular client communication through emails, calls, review meetings, and status updates while ensuring client satisfaction.
