Key responsibilities:
1. Efficiently handle the customer service operations for international clients spread across 89 countries
2. To convince and convert clients to meet revenue targets
3. Work in collaboration with the Project Management Team for efficient project management.
4. Shoulder responsibility for effective email communication with international clients and the home team.
5. Handle client inquiries via Emails, calls, and chats to provide appropriate solutions, thereby increasing business
6. Work in collaboration with the Marketing team for the implementation of strategies
7. Manage B2B accounts and handle client calls effectively.

Other requirements

1. Graduates from any field/ MBA Freshers

2. Desirable: 1 year of experience in a Customer service role

3.  Desirable: Knowledge of scientific publications and the STEM industry

4. Knowledge of MS Office

5. Coordination and effective decision-making skills

6. Good verbal and written communication skills

7.  Ability to prioritize tasks according to urgency and impact

8. Should be flexible to work in rotational shift timings: 6 am to 3 pm/10 am to 7 pm/3 pm to 12 midnight

9. Should be flexible to work in rotational Saturday and Sunday working environments.

This job role includes rotational shifts and rotational week offs
