About the job

As a Client Service Associate at Cannazo India, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships. Your knowledge of Client Relationship Management (CRM) will be crucial in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. Your proficiency in spoken and written English, as well as your proficiency in MS-Office, will enable you to effectively communicate with clients and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Use CRM systems to track client interactions and maintain up-to-date client information.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to clients.
5. Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings to showcase the value of our services.
6. Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support throughout their engagement with our company.
7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem-solving.
