Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain daily coordination between clients and the company
2. Ensure a positive client experience throughout the program
3. Handle phone calls and serve as the first point of contact for the company
4. Schedule consultations and assist during doctor consultations
5. Follow up on payment collections
6. Summarize medical reports
7. Ensure patients receive appropriate support and maintain liaison between the company and patients
8. Manage client follow-ups
