About the job
We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented client relationship executive (CRE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding client requirements, maintaining strong relationships, and supporting business growth through effective communication and follow-ups.
Female candidates are preferred for this role.
2. Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information about company services.
3. Follow up with leads and existing clients through calls and messages.
4. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
5. Address client queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
6. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
7. Convert potential leads into clients through effective communication and follow-up.
8. Ensure excellent customer experience and client satisfaction.
9. Support the sales team in achieving business and revenue targets.
