About the job

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to manage client communication and ensure smooth coordination between clients, the recruitment team, and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and understand their hiring requirements.
2. Coordinate with the recruitment team to obtain relevant CVs and share suitable profiles with clients via email.
3. Manage regular client communication through calls and emails and follow up for feedback.
4. Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with the client's HR/interviewers.
5. Follow up on interview feedback and ensure smooth movement of candidates through the hiring process.
6. Identify gaps between client requirements and candidate profiles and coordinate with the recruitment team to resolve them.
7. Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of recruitment-related issues.
8. Maintain proper records of client requirements, submissions, interviews, and feedback.
