About the job
We are looking for a dynamic 'Client Experience and Project Partner' to serve as the bridge between our clients and creative teams. This role combines client relationship management, sales support, project coordination, and execution management. You will be responsible for nurturing client inquiries, supporting business conversions, coordinating project workflows, and ensuring a seamless experience from the initial conversation through project completion. If you are confident with clients, naturally organized, proactive with follow-ups, and enjoy working in a fast-paced creative environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
-Act as a key point of contact for prospective and existing clients, ensuring a professional and personalized experience.
-Understand client requirements, preferences, timelines, and expectations.
-Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and communication across calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
-Support sales conversions by engaging prospective clients and following up on proposals and quotations.
-Build strong client relationships through timely communication and effective expectation management.
-Coordinate with design, illustration, and production teams to translate client requirements into project deliverables.
-Manage project timelines, schedules, milestones, approvals, and deliverables.
-Provide clients with timely project updates, progress reports, and estimated timelines.
-Proactively track project status, follow up with internal teams, identify bottlenecks, and drive timely resolutions.
-Coordinate client feedback, revisions, and approvals while balancing creative requirements with project feasibility.
-Maintain project trackers, client records, meeting notes, and follow-up documentation.
-Ensure a smooth transition from initial inquiry and business conversion to project execution.
-Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, streamline workflows, and strengthen the overall client experience.
Requirements-
-1-3 years of experience in client servicing, project coordination, account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
-Experience in a creative, design, luxury, fashion, wedding, or production environment is preferred.
-Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
-Comfortable handling client inquiries, follow-ups, proposals, and conversion-oriented conversations.
-Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
-Ability to manage client expectations while balancing creative requirements, timelines, and project feasibility.
-A polished, empathetic, confident, and solution-oriented approach to client interactions.
-Proficiency in spreadsheets, email, and project tracking tools.
-An interest in design, weddings, luxury experiences, and creative industries is an advantage.
