Hiring Squad is looking for a Client Delivery Manager to join our vibrant
team in Bengaluru. This full-time, hybrid role presents an excellent opportunity
to lead client engagement and ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions
in the dynamic recruiting industry.
As a Client Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client
relationships, understanding their staffing needs, and overseeing the execution
of recruitment strategies that align with their business objectives. You will
work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction and drive
successful project outcomes.
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹3,500,000 - ₹4,000,000 annually, along

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs
Oversee the delivery of staffing solutions and ensure client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment processes
Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively
Analyze client feedback and implement improvements for service delivery
Prepare and present reports on project performance and client metrics
Provide leadership and guidance to recruitment teams
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in staffing and recruiting
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
5+ years of experience in client management or delivery roles in staffing
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
Strong leadership skills and team collaboration experience
