About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and track active real estate developers across MMRDA & Pune region through market research, RERA databases, digital platforms, and Industry networks.
2. Monitor project launches, funding requirements, and developer activity to generate potential deal opportunities.
3. Build and maintain structured databases of target developers, promoters, and decision-makers.
4. Execute outbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn engagement & visits.
5. Establish initial contact with promoters, CFOs, and senior management teams.
6. Conduct preliminary discussions to understand funding requirements including: Construction Finance / Project Loan / Inventory Funding / Refinancing Solutions etc.
7. Present the firm's value proposition and schedule qualified meetings for the any fund raising opportunities.
8. Support mandate generation and contribute to overall deal pipeline development

Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
