About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Direct end-to-end operations of an outsourced multilingual content network, managing text, photo, and client operations alongside activity-based supply chains, vendor contracts, and operational costs.
2. Drive strategic capacity planning using quantitative principles and Operations Research to optimize workforce utilization, managing resource requirements and operational budgets on an hourly basis.
3. Source, screen, and onboard remote talent across diverse regions, leading high-performing, distributed Work-From-Home (WFH) teams through clear performance frameworks.
4. Deploy advanced AI tools, LLMs, and location-specific prompt re-engineering to execute hyperlocal text and photo research tailored to diverse Indian and global geographic/linguistic markets.
5. Manage digital campaigns and performance metrics across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp using Google and FB Analytics to track CTR%, user reach, profiles, and wallet budgets.
6. Leverage bi/trilingual fluency and deep knowledge of Indian linguistic diversity to align localized operations, manage external vendor relationships, and ensure accurate client deliverables.
