Overview:

We are seeking a  B2B / Enterprise Sales professional who loves speaking with HR leaders, founders, and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will drive  customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth while working closely with a dynamic startup team.

This role requires someone who is  self-driven, entrepreneurial, and excited about selling innovative HR tech products .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement

• Handle inbound client registration on the portal.. (calls, WhatsApp, email)
• Run product demos and close deals
• Improve conversion rates across funnel stages

2. Revenue Ownership

• Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Own the complete sales funnel: lead → demo → closure
• Sell HR solutions like job postings, hiring campaigns, and subscription plans

3. Team Leadership

• Hire, train, and manage inside sales executives (2–5 yrs exp)
• Conduct daily call reviews, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking
• Build a high-performance, target-driven culture

4. Process & Strategy

• Build scalable sales playbooks and scripts
• Optimize lead qualification and follow-ups
• Work closely with marketing on campaigns and lead quality

5. Metrics & Reporting

• Track KPIs: calls, demos, conversion %, revenue
• Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting discipline
• Use data to improve team performance (a key expectation in inside sales leadership
