As a Telecaller at Star Media Network Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to engage with our clients and provide them with exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services and generate leads.

3. Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in MS-Excel for future reference.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
5. Provide excellent customer service by resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
6. Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide insights and suggestions for improving our services.
