About the job

Roles & Responsibilities:
Attend inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential clients.
Generate leads through calls and other available sources.
Identify potential customers and understand their requirements.
Explain the company's services and offerings to interested clients.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
Maintain client databases, call records, and lead information.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and acquisition targets.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure effective client communication.

Skills Required
Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of lead generation and client handling.
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
