Key responsibilities:
Visit assigned vendors regularly to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Coordinate with vendors regarding business requirements, updates, and support. Identify and generate B2B sales leads, with a primary focus on corporate gifting, institutional sales, bulk orders, and strategic business partnerships.
Attend company-sponsored events and business activities on weekends whenever required.
Plan, coordinate, and host company promotional activities and other marketing initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of daily visits, meetings, and follow-ups. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of vendor requirements. Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with vendors and prospects.
