About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision:Supervise day-to-day civil construction, repair, renovation, waterproofing, plastering, painting, plumbing, and structural repair activities.

4. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, skilled workers, and site supervisors to ensure smooth execution of work.
5. Client and Society Coordination:Coordinate with society committee members, consultants, residents, and management regarding site inspections, work approvals, complaints, and progress updates.
