Technology Strategy & Transformation : - Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business strategy.- Lead major transformation/modernisation initiatives including LOS, LMS, cloud and digital platforms.- Build scalable technology architecture to support business growth.2. Lending Technology : - Drive technology solutions across the lending lifecycle.- Bring strong understanding of lending platforms, processes and technology architecture.- Partner with Business, Credit, Risk and Operations to improve customer and operational outcomes.3. IT Operations : - Own Applications, Infrastructure and IT Operations.- Ensure availability, reliability, cybersecurity and business continuity of critical systems.4. IT Governance & Regulatory : - Lead technology governance, controls, risk management and regulatory compliance.- Manage RBI/IT audits and closure of technology-related observations.5. Vendors, Partners & Budget : - Manage strategic technology vendors and partners.- Drive technology budgeting, investments, sourcing and commercial negotiations.6.
