Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through chat and other non-voice communication channels.

• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.

• Handle customer complaints and queries with patience, professionalism, and empathy.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Follow company guidelines, quality standards, and established customer service procedures.

• Meet daily performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.

• Strong typing, comprehension, and written communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to navigate multiple applications.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or other customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.

• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.

• Candidates must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad if residing outside the city.
