About the job

We are a business consulting group promoted by CAs engaged in internal audit, RERA consultancy, management audit, fund syndication, arranging government grants for MSMEs and compliance checks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct internal audits for clients, focusing on process reviews, risk assessments, and compliance under Ind AS and Indian taxation and corporate laws.
2. Analyze the business model and assess its capital structure and finance needs.
3. Assist in preparing bank loan applications, project reports, CMA data, and net worth statements.
4. Appraise and liaise with the investors and lenders for sanction, fundraising, and post-sanction/equity placement compliance
5. Handle subsidy claims under various schemes; ensure documentation compliance with implementing agencies.
6. Perform financial due diligence, ratio analysis, and cash flow projections using advanced Excel tools.
7. Prepare deal flyers/information memos/projections, etc.
