Key responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day center operations and ensure smooth functioning.
* Lead, supervise, and manage the center team effectively.
* Handle parent communication and resolve queries and concerns professionally.
* Ensure child safety, hygiene, and adherence to quality standards.
* Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline.
* Support admissions, customer retention, and achievement of center business targets.
* Coordinate with management and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
