Responsibilities
Manage direct reports including hiring, performance management, professional development, and coaching
Design, build, and test project databases with edit checks and data validation
Lead creation and testing of data listings and programming activities aligned with project requirements
Develop and validate reporting tools, standard applications, and process improvements
Participate in business development and bidding activities as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal qualification
7+ years of related experience in clinical data management or programming
2+ years of leadership or management responsibility
Advanced knowledge of SAS, SQL, Crystal Reports, and JReview programming tools
Advanced knowledge of relational database systems and structure
Strong written and verbal communication skills with multi-disciplinary team collaboration ability
Working knowledge of GCP guidelines and applicable SOPs
