We’re looking for experienced case managers to apply their care coordination expertise to the evaluation and improvement of AI models.
You’ll author realistic care coordination scenarios, develop reference answers based on appropriate level-of-care reasoning, and evaluate AI-generated plans for clinical appropriateness and benefit accuracy . The work is suited to professionals with hands-on experience navigating discharge planning, utilization review, and complex care coordination.
Author realistic care coordination scenarios spanning admission through post-acute placement.
Write reference answers explaining the reasoning behind each level-of-care decision.
Evaluate AI-generated care plans for clinical appropriateness and benefit accuracy.
Identify plans that may appear reasonable but could leave a patient without appropriate placement or result in a denial.
Clearly document care-plan reasoning so another experienced case manager can follow and evaluate it.
Active RN or LCSW license , or CCM certification .
At least 2 years of case management experience in a hospital, payer, or community setting.
Strong experience in discharge planning, utilization review, or complex care coordination.
Clear written English for documenting care plans and level-of-care decisions.
Availability for at least 10 hours per week .
CCM or ACM certification.
Experience with InterQual or MCG criteria .
Payer-side utilization management or appeals experience.
Fully remote and asynchronous.
Independent contractor engagement.
Minimum 10 hours per week with no stated maximum.
Hours can scale up or down from week to week.
No fixed hours, screen recording, keystroke monitoring, or idle timers.
Ongoing project work rather than single-task batches.
Payment is made weekly via Stripe.
Your rate is based on your experience and is not negotiated downward after you begin.

Work with realistic scenarios involving discharge planning, utilization review, level-of-care decisions, and care coordination.
Help identify weaknesses in AI-generated care plans and benefit-related reasoning.
Work remotely and asynchronously with flexibility over your weekly hours.
Participate in ongoing expert project work at professional hourly rates.
