Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers.
2. Communicate with candidates and share interview details, instructions, and updates on time.
3. Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and interview schedules.
4. Manage interview arrangements such as online meeting links, interview rooms, and travel requirements, when needed.
5. Keep candidate information and interview details updated in the recruitment system.
6. Collect interview feedback from interviewers and follow up to ensure feedback is received on time.
7. Help improve the interview scheduling process and ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and interviewers.
