Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Call Center Advisors to join our healthcare customer service and sales team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, providing support and assistance to prospective customers through warm, opt-in leads. No cold calling is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and confidently over the phone.
• Deliver excellent service and support the conversion of warm leads into sales.
• Understand customer needs and guide them through relevant healthcare services and products.
• Follow up with leads and help maintain customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively in roster-based shifts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and service performance targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and a regional language.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence handling calls.
• Ability to manage both sales and customer service interactions.
• Adaptability to a roster-based shift environment.
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
• An enthusiastic, confident, empathetic, resilient, team-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
