Job Description :Roles & Responsibilities :- Work closely with Program Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Associate Project Managers to execute multiple projects concurrently for customers.- Understand business objectives, define project scope, and create project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.- Monitor and report on all aspects of the project, including project health, progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.- Identify deviations from the project plan and take timely corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.- Regularly lead internal and customer-facing meetings to maintain project momentum and ensure stakeholder alignment.- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies and develop mitigation plans.- Manage project governance structures and ensure adherence to project management best practices.- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across functions and geographies to execute project activities seamlessly.- Manage projects involving enterprise customers across multiple countries or regions and coordinate with distributed delivery teams.- Understand complex technical issues, work with relevant technical teams to develop resolution plans, and track issues through closure.- Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.- Identify gaps in processes and implement best practices to improve project delivery efficiency.- Document lessons learned and stakeholder feedback and incorporate learnings into future projects.- Ensure projects deliver measurable business outcomes and meet agreed customer objectives.
