Job Description :Role & Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain software components using C/C++ and Modern C++ for Linux and Windows platforms.- Develop and optimize TCP/IP network communication and socket programming components.- Implement and maintain client-server architecture and communication protocols.- Work on system-level programming, including multithreading, synchronization, IPC, and system internals.- Contribute to BACnet stack development and protocol implementation.- Develop and maintain cross-platform build systems using CMake and Makefiles.- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and crash/core-dump analysis using GDB, WinDbg, and similar tools.- Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Python and/or Perl.- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile/Scrum development activities.- Ensure high-quality, reliable, and maintainable software through unit testing and https://jobeax.com/link/efc19ngQNtV4iGJs Candidate Profile:- 5+ years of hands-on experience in C/C++ software development, including Modern C++.- Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, algorithms, and software architecture.- Strong hands-on experience in TCP/IP, socket programming, network programming, and client-server architecture.- Good experience with Linux and Windows system programming.- Strong understanding of multithreading, synchronization, IPC, and system internals.- Hands-on experience with CMake and Makefiles.- Experience using GDB, WinDbg, or similar debugging tools.- Experience in protocol/communication stack development is highly preferred.- Exposure to Python/Perl scripting and test automation.- Experience in cross-platform software development.- Knowledge of BACnet or other building/industrial automation protocols will be an added advantage.- Good communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.- BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related engineering discipline.
