About the job

Join the Founder's Office of an international technology company and see how the whole business runs from your first month. You will learn how a technology company actually operates: how deals are closed, how vendors and partners are managed, how invoices and payments flow, and how people are hired and onboarded.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating with vendors, distributors and cloud providers on quotes, orders and renewals
2. Tracking client orders and keeping the sales pipeline (CRM) up to date
3. Helping prepare proposals, pricing sheets and client research
4. Supporting onboarding and follow-ups for our SaaS product customers
5. Filing invoices and expenses and coordinating with our accounts firm
6. Following up on client payments
7. Running job posts, college coordination, interviews and onboarding for new hires and interns
8. Updating our LinkedIn page and job board profiles
9. Managing office needs, assets and travel

Hindi or Marathi. A South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu or Malayalam) is preferred

Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets

Willing to commit for at least 18 months
