Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries professionally through phone, WhatsApp, email and in-person interactions.
• Communicate with parents, prospective customers, partners and vendors, while supporting follow-ups, consultations and onboarding.
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, trackers, operational reports, meetings, appointments and vendor coordination.
• Support lead management, outreach, conversion follow-ups, campaigns, events and CRM updates.
• Help manage social media, WhatsApp Business and digital communication, and prepare presentations, spreadsheets, reports and marketing content.
• Use productivity and AI tools, coordinate with external partners, and support leadership with research, execution and confidential information.
• Take ownership of assigned activities from initiation through completion and identify ways to improve customer experience and business processes.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience; exceptional freshers are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi is essential.
• Confident, articulate, organised and comfortable interacting with people from varied backgrounds.
• Strong comprehension, practical problem-solving, initiative, reliability and attention to detail.
• Comfort with computers, spreadsheets, email, internet research and modern digital tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently in a strictly work-from-office environment in Gurgaon.
• Experience in customer relations, operations, executive assistance, admissions, business coordination, education, services or startups is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, CRM or AI productivity tools is an advantage.

The position offers ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, with a two-month probation period followed by performance evaluation for confirmation. Candidates should be able to commute reliably to Gurgaon and demonstrate capability, communication and a strong ownership mindset.
