Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries professionally through phone, WhatsApp, email and in-person interactions.
Communicate with parents, prospective customers, partners and vendors, while supporting follow-ups, consultations and onboarding.
Assist with scheduling, documentation, trackers, operational reports, meetings, appointments and vendor coordination.
Support lead management, outreach, conversion follow-ups, campaigns, events and CRM updates.
Help manage social media, WhatsApp Business and digital communication, and prepare presentations, spreadsheets, reports and marketing content.
Use productivity and AI tools, coordinate with external partners, and support leadership with research, execution and confidential information.
Take ownership of assigned activities from initiation through completion and identify ways to improve customer experience and business processes.
Requirements
0–3 years of experience; exceptional freshers are welcome.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi is essential.
Confident, articulate, organised and comfortable interacting with people from varied backgrounds.
Strong comprehension, practical problem-solving, initiative, reliability and attention to detail.
Comfort with computers, spreadsheets, email, internet research and modern digital tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently in a strictly work-from-office environment in Gurgaon.
Experience in customer relations, operations, executive assistance, admissions, business coordination, education, services or startups is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, CRM or AI productivity tools is an advantage.
The position offers ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, with a two-month probation period followed by performance evaluation for confirmation. Candidates should be able to commute reliably to Gurgaon and demonstrate capability, communication and a strong ownership mindset.
