About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and cloud providers on quotes, orders, and renewals
2. Track client orders and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline in the CRM
3. Assist in preparing proposals, pricing sheets, and client research
4. Support customer onboarding and follow-ups for SaaS product customers
5. File invoices and expenses and coordinate with the accounts firm
6. Follow up on client payments
7. Coordinate job postings, college outreach, interviews, and onboarding for new hires and interns
8. Update the company's LinkedIn page and job board profiles
9. Manage office requirements, assets, and travel arrangements
