About the job

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers or experienced who are eager to kick-start their career in business development. This is a great opportunity to build experience in lead generation, client outreach, and global sales processes. You will work with an experienced team and receive training on tools, outreach strategies, and market research

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound cold calls to prospects across India.
2. Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for Senior Sales Managers.
3. Identify decision-makers and understand client requirements.
4. Follow up with prospects through calls or emails.
5. Maintain lead records, call reports & CRM updates.
6. Achieve daily calling and monthly lead-generation targets.
