About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the USA.2. Handle inbound and outbound leads for professional training and certification programs.
3. Understand the customer's career goals, experience, and training requirements.
4. Recommend suitable certification and training programs based on customer needs.
5. Explain program benefits, training structure, pricing, schedules, and enrollment process.
6. Generate interest and convert leads into paid enrollments.
7. Regularly follow up with interested and potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
8. Handle customer questions and sales objections professionally.
9. Maintain relationships with prospects until enrollment is completed.
