Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
2. Utilize MS-Excel for data analysis and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
3. Implement digital marketing strategies across various platforms to drive lead generation and conversions.
4. Maintain strong proficiency in spoken and written English for clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
5. Create and manage email marketing campaigns to reach target audience and drive customer engagement.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to identify business opportunities and develop strategies for business growth.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve and innovate our strategies.

Other requirements

Basic knowledge of methods involved in presenting, promoting, and selling products or services.

Basic Computer Knowledge – prepare sales presentations; sales letters; promotion through email and Whats Ap.

English and Regional Language.

They should have fair idea about local locations or areas

Sales strategies and tactics, product demonstration and sales techniques

The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand

The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences

Experience in Product detailing and presentation with :Front Line Sales or Cold Calling sales experience would be an added advantage.

Any Graduate/Under Graduate/post graduate with marketing

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
