Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,30,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 - 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 50,000 - 1,00,000 /year
