About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Speak with students and working professionals over phone and WhatsApp to understand their education, career goals, and learning requirements.
2. Counsel prospective learners on suitable online degrees, executive programmes, and professional certifications, explaining programme features, eligibility, fees, and other details.
3. Follow up with interested prospects, answer their queries, handle objections, and help them make informed enrolment decisions.
4. Build relationships with prospective learners and work toward individual and team enrolment targets.
5. Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM.
6. Continuously develop communication, counselling, negotiation, and business development skills.

Other requirements

1. BBA, BCom, BA, or MA graduates only.

2. BE/BTech candidates are not eligible for this opening.

3. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply.

4. Very good spoken English communication is mandatory.

5. Candidates must clear a communication skills round as part of the selection process.

6. Knowledge of Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Malayalam, or any other regional language is an added advantage.

7. Comfortable speaking with prospective customers over phone calls.

8. Willing to work from the Bengaluru office, Monday-Saturday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM.

9. Candidates from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities across India are strongly encouraged to apply if willing to relocate to Bengaluru.

10. No prior sales experience is required; training will be provided.

11. Proficiency in business development, client relationship, counseling, effective communication, spoken English, inside sales, negotiations, and sales.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 5,60,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,60,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 40,000 - 2,00,000 /year
