About the job

As a Business Development Specialist at Eurys Infosystems Private Limited, you'll help identify sales opportunities, build professional relationships, and support the team in turning prospects into customers. The role combines field engagement, clear communication, and structured follow-up.

1. Identify and approach potential prospects through field visits, calls, and other appropriate outreach.
2. Learn about prospects' needs through professional conversations and share relevant information accurately.
3. Support sales planning by tracking opportunities, setting follow-up priorities, and contributing practical ideas to sales strategy.
4. Present proposals and company information clearly, adapting your message to the audience and using strong spoken English.
5. Maintain accurate prospect, meeting, and pipeline records in MS Excel, keeping updates organized and timely.
6. Follow up with prospects, respond to routine queries, and coordinate next steps with relevant colleagues.
7. Review outreach and sales activity, prepare concise updates, and use the findings to improve follow-up and prioritization.

Note : Must be able to speak Kannada or Telugu

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 1,80,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 1,50,000 /year
