Key responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries related to vehicle selling and purchasing.
2. Coordinate with customers via calls and WhatsApp to collect vehicle details.
3. Understand vehicle information, including model, condition, registration, and location.
4. Assist in evaluating vehicle details and preparing purchase quotations.
5. Negotiate with customers to finalize vehicle purchase deals.
6. Follow up with interested customers and convert opportunities into successful purchases.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer details, quotations, and purchase transactions.
8. Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, vehicle pickup, and payment processing.
9. Ensure smooth communication throughout the vehicle purchase process.
