About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research and identify potential global buyers, importers, distributors, and wholesalers in target international regions.
2. Generate new sales leads through B2B trade portals (e.g., Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Global Sources), cold outreach, networking, and digital channels
3. Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients and overseas partners to encourage repeat orders.
4. Assist in preparing and verifying export-import documentation
5. Update and maintain the CRM database with accurate client interaction records.
