Key Responsibilities:

1. Connect promptly with incoming and qualified leads.
2. Understand clients' team size, budget, location, and workspace requirements.
3. Recommend suitable coworking or managed-office solutions based on client requirements.
4. Conduct client calls, presentations, and physical site tours.
5. Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
6. Explain pricing, facilities, membership plans, and commercial terms clearly.
7. Follow up consistently and professionally with prospective clients.
8. Handle basic client objections and negotiate within approved limits.
9. Coordinate internally regarding availability, approvals, documentation, and onboarding.
10. Ensure a smooth handover to the Operations team after confirmation.
11. Represent TWH professionally across calls, emails, meetings, and site visits.
12. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client data, leads, pricing, and internal information.
