4. Prioritize high-potential leads and ensure timely follow-up.
5. Respond to inbound inquiries within established service-level agreements (SLAs).

12. Develop a strong understanding of enterprise buyer requirements and the applications of drone autonomy and Physical AI technology.
13. Design and execute follow-up sequences for prospects who are interested but not yet ready to purchase.
14. Share relevant product information, case studies, and educational resources to maintain engagement.
15. Track prospect interactions and identify changes in interest, requirements, or purchase readiness.
16. Ensure no qualified opportunity is overlooked due to inconsistent follow-up.
17. Identify prospects who would be better served by regional channel partners and coordinate appropriate handoffs.
18. Transfer qualified opportunities to Account Executives with structured information covering customer needs, decision-makers, timelines, budget indicators, and decision-making processes.
19. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth transitions from initial inquiry to active sales engagement.
20. Remain accountable for leads until they are appropriately qualified, nurtured, or routed.
21. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead details, communications, qualification status, and next steps in the CRM.
22. Track lead response times, qualification outcomes, follow-up activities, and conversion trends.
23. Ensure consistent documentation and adherence to lead-management processes.
24. Share recurring customer questions, objections, and feedback with marketing and product teams to improve messaging and lead quality.
