Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new business opportunities, qualify leads, and create sales pipeline for our solutions. The BDR will be the first point of contact for prospective customers and will work closely with Sales and Marketing to convert interest into qualified meetings and demos.
Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
Conduct outbound calls to explain products and services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospective customers and schedule product demos.
Achieve lead generation and conversion targets.
Qualifications
Freshers with 0 years of experience are encouraged to apply. No prior work experience required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; professional phone etiquette.
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and personalized outreach.
Good research and organizational skills; attention to detail.
