About the Opportunity A fast-scaling tech startup in the AI-driven education and workforce upskilling space, we’re building next-gen platforms that connect learners with industry-aligned opportunities. Based in India and operating with on-site teams, we’re looking for a part-time Business Development associate to help scale our partnerships, expand our institutional reach, and drive revenue growth through strategic outreach and relationship building.
Role & Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential institutional partners, including colleges, training centers, and corporate L&D teams across India.
Conduct market research to map high-potential sectors and geographies for partnership expansion.
Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and mutual ROI.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor pitch decks, demo experiences, and co-branded campaigns.
Track and report on pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and partner performance using CRM tools.
Represent the company at industry events, campus drives, and education summits across key Indian cities.
Skills & Qualifications

Experience in EdTech or SaaS sales
