About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify schools, colleges, and universities that could benefit from Okie Dokie's solutions.
2. Reach out to potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person visits.
3. Meet principals, administrators, management, and other decision-makers to understand their challenges.
4. Understand customer requirements and demonstrate how Okie Dokie can help solve them.
5. Follow up consistently with prospects and build long-term relationships.
6. Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
7. Work toward assigned business development and sales targets.
8. Learn Okie Dokie's products and stay updated on developments in the education industry.

You will NOT be expected to do everything alone.
When you join Okie Dokie, an experienced team member will initially accompany you on client visits and teach you:

1. How to identify the right institutions
2. How to approach schools and colleges
3. How to speak with principals and administrators
4. How to understand customer problems
5. How to present Okie Dokie's solutions
6. How to handle common objections
7. How to follow up and move opportunities forward

As your confidence and skills grow, you will gradually take independent ownership of your territory.

Who can apply

1. have minimum 1 years of experience

2. are from Amritsar, Chandigarh, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Patiala, Mohali, Zirakpur, Panchkula only
