Position: Business Development Manager – Freight Forwarding
Division: Freight Forwarding – Air & Sea
Experience: 3+ years in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Sales
Location: Bangalore Corporate Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities in Air & Sea Freight Forwarding.
• Identify and acquire new customers and build strong client relationships.
• Generate leads and achieve business development and revenue targets.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with Pricing and Operations teams.
• Develop and maintain a strong customer and industry network.
• Conduct regular client visits and follow up on business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term business relationships.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong experience in Freight Forwarding Sales / Business Development.
• Good knowledge of Air & Sea Freight Forwarding services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong business development and revenue-generation capabilities.
• Candidates with an established customer network will be preferred.
