ProductizeTech is looking for a B2B IT services sales/business development professional who can independently manage the end-to-end international sales pipeline- from prospect identification and outreach to meetings, follow-ups, proposals, negotiation, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own the complete B2B sales pipeline, from prospecting to deal closure.
2. Identify and research potential clients across international markets, primarily the US, UK, Europe, and Middle East.
3. Build targeted prospect lists based on industries, company profiles, and relevant decision-makers.
4. Plan and execute cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
5. Create and manage multi-step email and LinkedIn follow-up sequences.
6. Personalize outreach based on each prospect's business, industry, challenges, and potential AI use cases.
7. Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities before moving them further into the sales pipeline.
8. Schedule and coordinate discovery calls with qualified prospects.
9. Conduct initial sales and discovery conversations to understand client requirements and business needs.
10. Maintain consistent and systematic follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
11. Coordinate with the technical team for solution design, effort estimation, and proposal preparation.
12. Present proposals, handle commercial discussions, negotiate, and work toward deal closure.
13. Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, conversations, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and deal stages.
14. Re-engage dormant leads and previously contacted prospects.
15. Track key sales metrics, including reply rates, meetings booked, qualified opportunities, pipeline value, and closed revenue.
16. Continuously test and improve target segments, outreach messaging, channels, and follow-up strategies.

Important note: This is primarily an IT/AI services sales role, not a SaaS or product-sales position. We are looking for someone who can own and execute the sales process end to end- not someone focused only on lead generation or appointment setting.

1. 1+ year of experience in B2B IT services sales/business development.

2. Experience selling IT services, custom software development, AI/ML, data engineering, or related technology services is strongly preferred.

3. Experience working with or selling to international clients.

4. Hands-on experience with cold emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, and cold calling.

5. Ability to manage the complete sales cycle, rather than focusing only on lead generation or appointment setting.

6. Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

7. Comfortable communicating with founders, CTOs, product leaders, and other senior decision-makers.

8. Familiarity with CRM, lead-generation, and sales automation tools.

9. Ability to understand technical requirements from a business and sales perspective.

10. Experience with proposal preparation, follow-ups, commercial discussions, and negotiations.

11. Target-oriented and comfortable being accountable for meetings, pipeline, and revenue.

12. Self-driven and capable of independently planning and executing outreach activities.
