Business Development Manager in Bangalore, भारत

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for expanding the precast contracting business. The person will focus on identifying new business opportunities, connecting with prospective clients and promoting precast solutions for residential, commercial and institutional projects.

The role will involve meeting developers, architects, schools, colleges, hospitals, hostels and other institutional clients , generating leads and developing a strong business pipeline. The candidate will also be responsible for explaining the technical and commercial benefits of precast construction and converting traditional construction requirements into precast projects.

The person will manage the complete business development cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, technical pitching, relationship management, negotiations, order conversion and revenue generation . The role will be based at Harohalli, Bangalore and will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Requirements

Requirement – Business Development Manager

• Experience: 10–12 years
  
• Industry: EPC / Construction
  
• Precast Experience: Minimum 2 years mandatory
  
• Location: Harohalli, Bangalore
  
• Qualification: Engineering / relevant technical background preferred
