About the job

As a Sales & Distribution Manager, you will manage the acquisition and growth of a portfolio of high-value clients, including entrepreneurs, business owners, and UHNIs, by selling Redwood's digital solutions. You will also build and manage distributor and channel partner networks to expand market reach. This is a senior, relationship-driven, high-travel role where your network, executive presence, and ability to close complex deals will directly impact revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Client Acquisition (Entrepreneurs & UHNIs):
1. Originate, pitch, and close engagements with entrepreneurs, founders, family offices, and UHNI clients for Redwood's digital solutions portfolio.
2. Build and nurture a strong pipeline through existing networks, referrals, industry events, and curated outreach.
3. Conduct consultative discussions to identify client needs, articulate ROI, and structure tailored proposals with delivery teams.
4. Negotiate and close commercial agreements with senior decision-makers.

B. Distributor & Channel Management:
1. Identify, onboard, and manage distributor networks across assigned territories.
2. Drive middle-of-funnel activities to increase distributor engagement, activation, and conversion.
3. Implement omni-channel strategies to maximize revenue for clients and distribution partners.
4. Provide on-ground sales and marketing support to distributors and ensure performance targets are met.

C. Operations & Reporting:
1. Travel extensively (minimum 20 days per month) for client meetings, distributor visits, and field operations.
2. Use Zoho CRM to manage pipelines, track activities, and generate performance dashboards.
3. Report sales performance, account health, distributor performance, and market insights to leadership.
4. Contribute to GTM strategy improvements based on field intelligence.

3. Strong understanding of digital solutions, marketing services, or tech-led offerings.

4. Excellent communication, executive presence, and interpersonal skills.

5. Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Zoho CRM.

6. Multilingual ability preferred.

7. Willingness to travel 20+ days per month (mandatory).

8. Strong academics preferred (minimum 8 CGPA in any one academic stage), though strong experience may substitute.

9. Tourism/Hospitality/BFSI/FMCG Sales Preferred
