Role Overview
We are looking for a business development professional with experience in the recruitment and staffing industry who can independently drive new client acquisition across domestic and international markets. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation through client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting through client onboarding.
Engage with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, Founders, Directors, and other decision-makers.
Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to support delivery.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close recruitment agreements and MSAs.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Generate repeat business and expand existing accounts.
Explore opportunities in Indian and international recruitment markets.
Maintain the sales pipeline, follow-ups, and regular business development reports.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in business development or sales within the recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting sectors.
Proven experience in new client acquisition and B2B sales.
Exposure to domestic and international recruitment markets is preferred.
Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing services.
Experience in lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A target-oriented approach with a strong focus on revenue and business growth.
An existing corporate or client network is an added advantage.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate can independently manage the full sales process, including lead generation, client engagement, requirement understanding, proposal and commercial discussions, negotiation, closure, client relationship management, and repeat business development.
